Platform totals are real aggregates, refreshed every few minutes. A total appears only once it clears a display floor; otherwise the page links to the docs and the arcade. No figure is invented.

Your data, your controls

You can export or delete your psyche data. Journal text is encrypted in your browser before it syncs to our servers, with a key derived from a secret our servers hold for your account, so the synced copies are unreadable without that secret, but not to Poly itself. AI features read it as plain text: the weekly reflection on Psyche's home sends the week's journal entries and check-ins automatically when the home opens, and a reflection you save on a reading or an entry you ask to analyse is sent when you do — each through our servers to our model provider (not in incognito). Mood ratings sync as plain values.
